{ "currentVersion": 10.91, "serviceDescription": "Permitted Industrial Facilities: This layer shows a summary of information for each of the industrial facilities in California with an active NPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permit (Industrial General Permit or IGP) or Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (Region 8) NPDES Scrap Metal Permit application. The industrial point data is updated periodically, is not real time data, and is best used for information on industry trends or in combination with the Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) real time data for active industrial storm water permits. The point data is pulled from SMARTS using the latitude and longitude information provided by the permittee. HUC 10 Watershed Boundaries: This layer includes the Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 10 watersheds to delineate this boundary for identification of impaired water bodies within a HUC 10 watershed-scale to assist permittees in providing this information in their storm water pollution prevention plans and in SMARTS. Impaired Rivers, Streams, Lakes, and Reservoirs: The impaired lines and polygons layers used in this map are from the Appendix 3 excel spread sheet in the Industrial General Permit and only includes the impaired water bodies where parameters were directly identified (the rows in black in the excel spreadsheet) in relation to potential industrial pollutants. This map does not include the entire 2010 integrated report and the associated impaired water bodies. This data is stable (minus some maintenance or error fixes that may occur) and will only be updated with the adoption of a new Industrial General Permit after the year 2020. Industrial General Permit (IGP) TMDL Watersheds: This layer includes adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) implemented through the Industrial General Permit for specific impaired waterbody(ies) or watersheds. The purpose of this map is to provide guidance to industrial storm water dischargers in determining the impaired watershed, waterbody, reach, or tributary they potentially discharge into and if there is an associated TMDL from the IGP\u2019s Attachment E.", "mapName": "Layers", "description": "", "copyrightText": "Charlow Arzadon, Ella Golovey, Laurel Warddrip, Mark Angelo, and Stephanie Bucknam", "supportsDynamicLayers": false, "layers": [ { "id": 0, "name": "Permitted Industrial Facilities", "parentLayerId": -1, "defaultVisibility": true, "subLayerIds": null, "minScale": 500000, "maxScale": 0, "type": "Feature Layer", "geometryType": "esriGeometryPoint" }, { "id": 1, "name": "Impaired Rivers and Streams", "parentLayerId": -1, "defaultVisibility": true, "subLayerIds": null, "minScale": 0, "maxScale": 0, "type": "Feature Layer", "geometryType": "esriGeometryPolyline" }, { "id": 2, "name": "IGP_TMDLs_111418", "parentLayerId": -1, "defaultVisibility": true, "subLayerIds": null, "minScale": 0, "maxScale": 0, "type": "Feature Layer", "geometryType": "esriGeometryPolygon" }, { "id": 3, "name": "Impaired Lakes and Reservoirs", "parentLayerId": -1, "defaultVisibility": true, "subLayerIds": null, "minScale": 0, "maxScale": 0, "type": "Feature Layer", "geometryType": "esriGeometryPolygon" }, { "id": 4, "name": "HucTen", "parentLayerId": -1, "defaultVisibility": true, "subLayerIds": null, "minScale": 500000, "maxScale": 0, "type": "Feature Layer", "geometryType": "esriGeometryPolygon" } ], "tables": [], "spatialReference": { "wkid": 3310, "latestWkid": 3310 }, "singleFusedMapCache": false, "initialExtent": { "xmin": -581308.995246121, "ymin": -285702.2806325581, "xmax": 1552559.8558249145, "ymax": 501434.7103080905, "spatialReference": { "wkid": 3310, "latestWkid": 3310 } }, "fullExtent": { "xmin": -428936.34873428015, "ymin": -657803.0672736447, "xmax": 589855.6058553923, "ymax": 505934.99802714307, "spatialReference": { "wkid": 3310, "latestWkid": 3310 } }, "minScale": 0, "maxScale": 0, "units": "esriMeters", "supportedImageFormatTypes": "PNG32,PNG24,PNG,JPG,DIB,TIFF,EMF,PS,PDF,GIF,SVG,SVGZ,BMP", "documentInfo": { "Title": "Impaired Water Body Map - Industrial General Storm Water Permit", "Author": "", "Comments": "Permitted Industrial Facilities:\nThis map shows a summary of information for each of the industrial facilities in California with an active industrial storm water permit or region 8 scrap metal permit.
