In accordance with SB-200, the\nrisk map is to be made available to the public and is to be updated annually starting\nJanuary 1, 2021. The Fund Expenditure Plan states the risk map will be used by\nWater Boards staff to help prioritize areas for available SAFER funding.<\/font><\/span><div><font face='Calibri, sans-serif' size='3'><br /><\/font><div>Methodology for the draft aquifer risk map <a href='https://gispublic.waterboards.ca.gov/portal/home/item.html?id=5f94cf5ca2a04f66a3dcfab29cf6c764' target='_blank'>available for download<\/a>.<\/div><div><br /><div><p>This layer shows the locations of state small and public water systems, as well as domestic well density. The state small water system locations were\ncollected by the Rural Community Assistance Corporation. The locations are\napproximate and may not exactly represent well locations or service boundaries.\nThe domestic well density per square mile is based on well completion report\ndata from the Department of Water Resources <a href='https://dwr.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=181078580a214c0986e2da28f8623b37'>Online\nSystem for Well Completion Reports<\/a>. This layer also contains the public\nwater system boundaries (available on the <a href='https://gispublic.waterboards.ca.gov/portalserver/rest/services/Drinking_Water/California_Drinking_Water_System_Area_Boundaries/MapServer' target='_blank'>State Water Board REST endpoint<\/a>) for\nreference.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>",
