Service Description: The California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is considering the adoption of an emergency regulation to require: (1) enhanced water conservation; and (2) information on water use in the following four tributaries to the Russian River: Dutch Bill Creek; Green Valley Creek; Mill Creek; and portions of Mark West Creek. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife and National Marine Fisheries Service have identified critical habitat for state- and federally-listed Central California Coast coho salmon (CCC coho salmon) and Central California Coast steelhead (CCC steelhead) in these four tributary watersheds. This map service is used in the State Water Board's Russian River Tributary Watershed Lookup Tool.
