Description: <div>This polygon layer shows county boundaries clipped to the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB8, Region 8). It represents the portions of San Bernardino, Orange, and Riverside counties — and a small part of Los Angeles County — that fall within the region. The layer was created by clipping the CAL FIRE Fire and Resource Assessment Program (FRAP) Counties feature service to the Region 8 boundary, derived from the Regional Board Boundaries layer filtered to Region 8.
